KB Home Purchased the Allred Brothers Ranch and closed escrow on March
8th, 2018. Dave's Construction Service was selected for the demo of 2
homes, the horse structures and pens and the trees on the interior of
the property. Some of the trees on the perimeter of the property will
remain.
