KB Home's Newest Subdivision - Allred Ranch

The Allred Brothers ranch is in the second phase of the demolition process. Most of the horse structures have been demoed and half the trees have been knocked down and ready to be cut up and hauled away. The Allred's home on Los Alamos shown in this video is the first home to be demolished. The home on Southern Ave will be demoed after the asbestos abatement is completed. The second phase of the demo is being preformed by Dave's Construction Service from Gilbert AZ.

The Allred Brothers Ranch is in the first phase of the demolition process, starting with the track and corrals and pasture fencing, this part of the demolishing was auctioned off to those who would wanted to salvage these items. The trees on the interior of the property, horse structures and 2 homes are the main part of the demo and will be completed by Dave's Construction. The employees of Dave's Construction were very polite and friendly and very skilled workers.
