For those of you who are following the progress of the Allred Brothers Horse Ranch purchase by KB Home: I had a conversation with a person familiar with the purchase of the ranch and he said escrow will close on this property on March 8th and the development of the land will begin shortly after the close. There is an online auction that occurred 2/21/2018 for farm equipment and misc items. So Sad!
KB Home has plans to build 107 homes in this new subdivision. The days of watching horses trained on the track and taking our grandchildren to see the horses will soon end.
